About this artist
Born in Southampton, England, Lizzie Gough first started training at Fitzell Roberts School of Dance studying Ballet, Tap, Modern Jazz Flamenco and National dance. After thorough auditioning Lizzie gained a scholarship at Laine Theatre Arts, at the age of 16. During her 3 years of her intense Musical Theatre training, she made her debut TV performance on the Royal Variety Show for the artists Anastasia and Gareth Gates, before becoming a professional dancer in 2004. Since then, she has performed internationally, appearing in Music Videos, Commercials, TV shows/ live performances, trade/co-operate events, such as the MTV, BBC, Intel, Nokia, Adidas, Reebok, Fila, Wella, Mazda, and many more. Her Latest Featured Credits are Take That “The Circus” Tour, THE BOX ident, Clothes Show Live, George Sampson Singing in the rain, and just finished touring with the new Hip hop show sensation “Blaze”. Earlier this year she appeared on the hit UK Dance show “So You Think You Can Dance” of which she came Third in the country. She has also just represented the UK in the worldwide TV show Segundo Campeonato Mundial de Baile which was filmed in Mexico. Lizzie also judged this years UDO World Championships 2010 again.
